From the funds in Specific Appropriation 35, $700,000 in general
revenue funding from the base allocation for the Centers for Independent
Living shall be used as match for the Basic Support Program. Funding
from Social Security Reimbursements (program income) in an amount of up
to $3,500,000 may be allocated to the Centers for Independent Living,
providing that the Social Security reimbursements are available.
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 35, $700,000 in general
revenue funding from the base allocation for the Centers for Independent
Living and $250,000 transferred from the Department of Health shall be
used as match for the Basic Support Program. Funding from Social
Security Reimbursements (program income) in an amount of up to
$3,500,000 may be allocated to the Centers for Independent Living,
providing that the Social Security reimbursements are available.

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 588Y, $250,000 in non-recurring
Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation Trust Funds are provided as
matching funds for the Independent Living Program operated by the
Division of Vocational Rehabilitation in the Department of Education.
