Following Specific Appropriation 358, insert a new paragraph of proviso.
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 358, $1,900,000 in recurring
general revenue is provided for the Lifestream Behavioral Center of Lake
and Sumter counties to provide crisis stabilization services. The
department shall conduct a minimum of one quality assurance review of
this program to ensure the adequacy of services, the appropriate use of
funds, and that performance measures are met.
