Section: 03 EXPLANATION:
On Page: 101 Provides $39.1 million in recurring general revenue
funding for the statewide Tobacco Awareness Program.
Spec App: 588V This amendment uses general revenue funds not currently
appropriated in the General Appropriations Act which
will become available if the 2003 changes to the U.S.
Internal Revenue Code related to bonus depreciation are
not adopted for purposes of the Florida corporate
income tax this session.
NET IMPACT ON: Total Funds General Revenue Trust Funds
