At the beginning of the department at the end of existing proviso
language, INSERT:
From the funds in Specific Appropriations 641 through 811, the
Department of Corrections shall make available kosher meals to inmates
who request such meals in accordance with their religious beliefs, and
pursuant to the Settlement Agreement between the Department of
Corrections and Alan J. Cotton in the case Alan J. Cotton v. Florida
Department of Corrections, et al., Case No. 02-22760-CIV-MOORE
