At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific
Appropriation 2122F, INSERT:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 2122F, up to $1,000,000 is
provided for general operating start-up expenses for a regional center
for school readiness that has a cooperative agreement with the local
community college, county school boards and School Readiness coalition.
