Immediately following Specific Appropriation 2480F, INSERT:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 2480F, $4,000,000 shall be
allocated to the Rural Infrastructure Fund and $1,300,000 shall be
allocated for Rural Community Development Loans and Grants to be used in
support of economic development.
