moved the following SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT for 3 (995186):
Section: 04 EXPLANATION:
On Page: 123 This amendment adds $1 million from General Revenue
Fund to the Guardian Ad Litem program to fund 32 FTE in
Spec App: 833 the circuit offices. These FTE are currently funded by
the counties and will not be continued after July 1,
2004 without state funding. Also, $1 million from
General Revenue Fund is reduced in the state courts'
contingency fund category for Article V due process
services. The substitute amendment includes the 32 FTE
which were left out of the original amendment.
