At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific
Appropriation 139, INSERT:
From funds provided in Specific Appropriation 139, from the General
Revenue Fund, an amount shall be allocated to an independent private
research organization to analyze and evaluate the performance of
corporate tax credit scholarship students on standardized tests,
contingent on the passage of CS/CS/SB 2978 or similar legislation.
