Section: 03 EXPLANATION:
On Page: 041 Provides $3.5 million in general revenue to restore
state funds for non-Title XXI children eligible for the
Spec App: 175 KidCare program. This amendment uses general revenue
funds not currently appropriated in the General
Appropriations Act which will become available if the
2003 changes to the U.S. Internal Revenue Code related
to bonus depreciation are not adopted for purposes of
the Florida corporate income tax this session.
