Section: 03 EXPLANATION:
On Page: 044 Provides $12.8 million in general revenue and $18.3
million in trust to restore Medicaid coverage for
Spec App: 202 pregnant women from 150% to 185% of the federal poverty
level. This amendment uses general revenue funds not
currently appropriated in the General Appropriations
Act which will become available if the 2003 changes to
the U.S. Internal Revenue Code related to bonus
depreciation are not adopted for purposes of the
Florida corporate income tax this session.

Funds in Specific Appropriations 202 and 215 are reduced by
$12,789,415 from the General Revenue Fund and $18,328,383 from the
Medical Care Trust Fund due to the elimination of Medicaid coverage for
