                         Medicaid upper payment limits.

for  cancer  research; and $1,076,200 is provided for the PhD Program in
Biomedical Science.  In addition, $6,050,257 is provided for 500 Florida
residents attending the University of Miami College of Medicine.

From  the  funds  in  Specific  Appropriation 58, $1,875,200 is provided
for  cancer  research; and $1,076,200 is provided for the PhD Program in
Biomedical Science.  In addition, $8,275,257 is provided for 500 Florida
residents attending the University of Miami College of Medicine.
