On Page: 020 Requires that the 2005-06 DCD be the same as the
2004-05 DCD, and requires that the 2004-05 hold
Spec App: 73 harmless provision be repeated.

In Section 02, on Page 20, after the sixth paragraph of proviso language
following Specific Appropriation 73, INSERT the following:
However for 2005-2006, the DCD shall be the same as calculated for
2004-2005 and a 50% hold harmless provision shall be applied as in
2004-2005.
