Immediately following Specific Appropriation 335, DELETE:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 355 through 360, the Department
of Children and Family Services, in consultation with the Agency for
Health Care Administration is directed to work with the appropriate
federal agencies to obtain any required federal approvals or waivers of
current federal regulations that may restrict the state from outsourcing
eligibility determination functions.
