Immediately following Specific Appropriation 1721A, INSERT:
Local governments receiving funds in Specific Appropriation 1721A shall
provide matching dollars as follows: a) 25 percent for wastewater
projects; and b) 50 percent for storm water and surface water
restoration projects. Financially disadvantaged small local governments

as defined in section 403.885(4), Florida Statutes, shall be exempt from
the match provision of this section.
Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
