Florida Senate - 2005 Committee Amendment
SB7076 TA 4
The Committee on Transportation & Economic Development Appropriations
(Fasano) recommended the following amendment:
Section: 06 EXPLANATION:
On Page: 028 This amendment corrects the proviso that pertains to
matching requirements for funds appropriated in the
Spec App: 2162F Early Learning Program. The Child Care Executive
Partnership program line item should not have been
referenced in the paragraph specifying a six percent
match requirement since current policy for the CCEP is
100 percent match. This amendment also deletes the
outdated reference to the Florida Partnership for
School Readiness since that entity has been eliminated
in law.

within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items. |
