GENERAL BILL by Governmental Reform and Oversight ; Agriculture ; Bronson
Citrus Industry/Rulemaking Authority; authorizes Florida Citrus Commission to refer to national or state requirements in rules re issuance & use of symbols, certification marks, service marks, & trademarks; authorizes Citrus Department to adopt rule listing forms to be used in conducting its business; allows said commission to prescribe certain terms of producer contracts. Creates 601.9918; amends 601.10,.61.
