New Motor Vehicle Damage/Disclosure; prescribes duty of motor vehicle manufacturers & dealers to disclose & to repair certain damage to motor vehicles; prescribes duty of dealers re cooperation with manufacturers; provides remedies for purchasers of damaged motor vehicles, including injunctive relief & attorney's fees; apportions liability for certain damages & repairs; requests specific designation of certain newly created provisions in Florida Statutes. Creates 501.98.
