School Improvement Teams; provides for organization of Fla. Distinguished Educator School Improvement Teams; provides for technical assistance & training for schools operating under assistance & intervention plan; provides for use of said teams to assist in development & implementation of school improvement plans & assistance & intervention plans. Amends 229.592, 230.23.
