Criminal & Juvenile Justice Info.; permits certain support personnel to request, & seek court orders for screening of person for sexually transmissible disease, under specified circumstances; requires FDLE to develop & maintain, in consultation with Criminal & Juvenile Justice Info Systems Council, information system in administrative support of state criminal & juvenile justice system, etc. Amends Chs. 20, 186. 282, 318, 384, 760, 943, 948.
