CS/SB 1170: Public Hospital Meetings & Records
GENERAL BILL by Health Care ; Myers
Public Hospital Meetings & Records; defines "strategic plan" for purposes of provisions that provide for confidentiality of such plans & of meetings relating thereto: provides exemption from open meetings requirements for meetings at which such plans are modified or approved by hospital's governing board; prohibits hospitals from taking certain specified actions at closed meetings; requires public meeting prior to implementation of strategic plan, etc. Amends 395.3035.
