GENERAL BILL by Stabins; Fasano; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Prewitt; Livingston; Bainter; Saunders; Gay; Logan; Burroughs; Crist; Argenziano; Murman; Casey; Bitner; Kelly; Byrd; Culp; Lynn; Putnam; Bullard; Harrington

Veterans/Employment Preference; revises provisions re positions from which numerically based selection process is used; removes monetary limitation re certain classes of positions; provides for preference for certain veterans with service-connected disabilities; revises provisions re expiration of employment preference; provides that military retirement on basis of longevity does not disqualify person from veterans' employment preference, etc. Amends Ch. 295.
