GENERAL BILL by Silver

Pari-mutuel Wagering; revises language re periods of operation for certain permitholders; provides that no admission tax shall be imposed on any free passes or complimentary cards for admission to pari-mutuel events; revises tax on handle for thoroughbred racing; revises language re purse requirements for certain horseracing events; reenacts certain provision re sum of purse accounts used for Florida Owners' Awards, etc. Amends Ch. 550.
