GENERAL BILL by Governmental Reform and Oversight ; Judiciary ; Harris
Clerks/Public Records Access Act; creates "Clerks of Circuit Court Public Records Access Act"; requires clerks of circuit court to make public records information available on Internet by January 1, 2001; provides for security; provides declaration of important state purpose; provides funding source. Amends 318.18.
