GENERAL BILL by Lee
Workers' Comp/Employee's Injury; provides standard for rebutting presumption that employee's injury was caused by intoxication or influence of drugs; applies to any cause of action or petition for benefits filed on or after 07/01/1998. Amends 440.09.
