Education & DOE; creates additional divisions of DOE; amends provisions re suppliers who supply commodities & services to schools in this state; allows authorized review authority other than dept. to review certain documents to confirm that certain projects are in compliance with building & fire codes; amends requirements for mandatory testing to determine level of indoor radon in certain school buildings & at certain school sites, etc. Amends FS.
