GENERAL BILL by Education ; Holzendorf
School Environmental Safety; provides duties of school advisory councils re School Environmental Safety Incident Reports; provides duties of school resource officers re said reports; requires development of school programs; provides reporting requirements; provides for said report; provides duties of DOE; provides duties of OPPAGA in evaluating school safety reporting procedures; provides for school safety awards, etc. Amends Ch. 232, 229.58, 230.2318.
