GENERAL BILL by Ways and Means
Appropriations Implementing Bill; authorizes CFS Dept. & AHCA to transfer general revenue funds between them; directs AHCA to include HMO recipients in county billing for specified purpose; provides advance of funds from Medical Quality Assurance TF to Health Dept. to allow dept. to develop examination for foreign-licensed physicians; provides for reimbursement of trust fund through examination fees, etc. Amends FS.
