GENERAL BILL by Rossin
Adoption/Sibling Communication; allows communication or contact between foster child & siblings of parent whose rights are terminated; provides legislative intent for continuing sibling contact; provides for adopted minor's right to continued communication or contact with siblings. Amends 39.469, 63.022; creates 63.0427.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
