Charlotte Co. Airport Authority; codifies, reenacts, amends, & repeals certain provisions; creates & establishes Charlotte County Airport Authority; provides for membership; authorizes Charlotte County & its incorporated municipalities to contract with airport authority; provides for government, jurisdiction, powers, franchises, & privileges of airport authority; deletes obsolete provisions; repeals all prior special acts re Charlotte Co. Development Authority.
