GENERAL BILL by Mackey ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crady ; Harrington

Public Records/Access by Inmates; prohibits certain disclosure or use of certain "personal information about another", as defined, by inmate or offender with intent to obtain benefit or to harm, harass or defraud certain persons, to which information inmate or offender has had access by means of correctional work or other program participation; provides that inmate or offender convicted of such offense is subject to forfeiture of gain-time, etc. Amends 945.10.
