Reimbursement for Incarceration; requires state correctional facility, or DOC acting in its behalf, to seek reimbursement for costs of incarceration for prisoner, including certain medical & dental expenses, which have not been reimbursed as otherwise provided by law; clarifies that department is responsible for reimbursement efforts at private correctional facilities; creates task force within DOC to investigate & analyze strategies to seek reimbursement, etc. Amends 945.485.
