Public Record/Health Care Facilities; provides exemption from public records requirements for info contained in notification of adverse incident provided to AHCA by facility licensed under certain provisions; provides for future review & repeal; provides finding of public necessity; takes effect on same date that CS/S 314 or CS/CS/CS/H 349, re regulation of health care facilities, or similar legislation, if such legislation is adopted in same legislative session or extension thereof, etc.
