Sexually Violent Predator Treatment; creates "Jimmy Ryce Involuntary Civil Commitment for Sexually Violent Predators' Treatment & Care Act"; requires certain notice to state attorney of anticipated release of specified persons who may meet criteria for said predator; provides that CFS Dept. is responsible for specified evaluation & treatment costs; provides court orders for certain disclosures to dept. by committed person of income & assets, etc. Amends Ch. 916. APPROPRIATION: $6,400,000.
