LOCAL BILL by Livingston
Lee County Mosquito Control District; provides for codified charter of its special acts in single act & repeals all prior special acts re Lee County Mosquito Control District as required by certain provision; creates & establishes mosquito control district in said county & excepts therefrom certain territory of said county & fixes boundaries of said district; divides said district into areas for purpose of electing members of board of commissioners, etc.
