GENERAL BILL by Saunders
Florida Green Communities; provides land acquisition procedures under "Florida Green Communities Act"; authorizes certain payment latitude where good cause is shown; provides for certain utilization of appraisals; provides for certain disclosure of appraisal reports; provides that title to certain property may be held by local governmental entity; requires certain protection of interests of state, etc. Amends 253.025, 259.041; creates 261.02.
