CS/HB 3765: Child Care Facilities/Transient
GENERAL BILL by Children & Family Empowerment ; Sindler
Child Care Facilities/Transient; excludes licensed transient establishments from definition of "child care facility"; deletes obsolete provisions re licensure of child care facilities; authorizes CFS Dept. to adopt different standards for child care facilities that serve children of different ages; provides for department to adopt state public school building code for any child care program for school-age children operated in public school facility, etc. Amends Chs. 402, 409.
