Negligence/Commercial Real Property; provides limitations on premises liability for person or organization owning or controlling interest in commercial real property; provides for presumption against liability; delineates duty owed to trespassers by person or organization owning or controlling interest in real property; provides for avoidance of liability to discovered & undiscovered trespassers under described circumstances, etc. Creates 768.0705; amends 768.075.
