Coastal Redevelopment; provides legislative intent for scope of activities included in community redevelopment; redefines terms "blighted area," "community redevelopment," & "community redevelopment area"; provides additional criteria for approval of community redevelopment; provides exemptions to certain coastal construction requirements; provides for scheduled expiration of provisions, etc. Amends 163.335,.340,.360; creates 163.336.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
