GENERAL BILL by Crime & Punishment ; Hill

Bad Check Charges; provides for triple damages, court costs, & attorney's fees re certain civil actions to recover fines due on stop payments on checks, drafts, or orders of payment; revises language re service fee for dishonored checks; amends provision re prima facie evidence of identity re prosecution of bad check charges to remove "race" as required element of establishing identity of person presenting check. Amends 68.065, 166.251, 832.07.
