Funeral Directing & Embalming; expands definition of term "legally authorized person"; revises provision re licensure as embalmer by examination, to clarify applicability of internship requirement; authorizes extension of apprenticeship for certain students working in funeral establishments; provides for storage, preservation, & transportation of human remains; extends disciplinary actions to certain registrants & licensees, etc. Amends Ch. 470.
