Local Government; (THIS BILL COMBINES S1078,1438) creates Urban Infill & Redevelopment Act; authorizes counties & municipalities to designate urban infill & redevelopment areas based on specified criteria; provides for amendment of local comprehensive plan; authorizes exemptions from transportation facilities concurrency requirement for developments located in urban infill & redevelopment area; creates State Housing Tax Credit Program, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $10,000,000.
