Military Base Retention; provides legislative intent; provides for role of Fla. Defense Alliance; provides funding; removes limitation on amount of grant under Fla. Military Installation Reuse Planning & Marketing Grant Program; increases grant limitation re Fla. Defense Planning Grant Program; reduces amount of matching funds required under certain grant programs; creates Retention of Military Installations Program; provides eligibility criteria, etc. Amends 288.980. APPROPRIATION: $800,000.
