GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Sullivan

Sales Tax/Real Property/Cable; provides that tax on lease or rental of or license in real property does not apply when property is public or private street or right-of-way or certain improvements located on such property used by utility or franchised cable television company for utility, television, or communication purposes; defines term "utility". Amends 212.031.
