Insurance & Investments; defines & revises certain definitions; requires disclosure of certain information re viatical settlement broker fees; requires viatical settlement sales agents to be licensed by Insurance Dept.; provides that viatical settlement purchase agreement rates are not regulated; establishes grace period for viatical settlement sales agents transacting business in this state, etc. Amends Ch. 626.
