CS/SB 1354: Small County Road Assistance Program
GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Mitchell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Kirkpatrick ; Thomas ; Geller ; Childers ; Clary ; Bronson
Small County Road Assistance Program; creates said program within DOT; defines term "small county"; provides for county eligibility; provides criteria for prioritizing projects; authorizes DOT to administer program contracts on behalf of counties; requires that program projects be included in department's work program; authorizes expenditure of State Transportation Trust Fund moneys for said program. Creates 339.2816; amends 339.08.
