GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Jones
Beverage License/Historic Structures; defines term "historic structures"; provides for issuance of special alcoholic beverage licenses to certain hotels & motels with no fewer than 10 & no more than 25 guest rooms in municipalities within constitutionally chartered counties which are within specified population range; requires compliance with requirements & restrictions contained in Beverage Law for licenses issued under local or special act, etc. Amends 561.01,.20, 267.081.
