GENERAL BILL by Alexander ; Putnam ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano ; Dockery
Pretrial Intervention Programs; authorizes court or state attorney to deny admission of defendant to pretrial substance abuse education & treatment intervention program if defendant has rejected any prior offer of admission to such program. Amends 948.08.
