Public Records/Minors/Pregnancy; provides exemption from public records requirements for court documents that might identify pregnant minor who petitions for waiver of notice requirements re her request to have her pregnancy terminated; requests that Supreme Court adopt rules ensuring confidentiality of such proceedings; provides for future review & repeal; provides finding of public necessity.
