Hillsborough Co./Civil Service Act; deletes provisions that prohibit classified employee from serving in elected public office; authorizes such service in absence of conflict in performance of duties or conflict of interest; requires that appointing authority determine whether any such conflict exists; authorizes classified employee to file grievance or appeal if employee disagrees with finding re conflict in performance of duties.
