Serving People Who Have Disabilities; creates Office of Disability Coordination within Executive Office of Governor; provides for advisory board & for working group; establishes terms of office & officers; provides for staff; allows executive director to employ consultants & enter into contracts; requires entities serving people who have disabilities to give office access to certain data; requires office to make certain data available to interested parties, etc. Creates 14.275. APPROPRIATION: $600,000.
